You can return or exchange any purchased items as per our returns and exchange policy within the given time period – please read the policy for each product while making the purchase. We request you to ensure that the product has not been used or damaged and has all the tags present on it along with the original packaging.
There are two ways to return the product to us: Pick up or Self-ship.
The pick-up option is available for certain regions only. In case of any exchange or return you can submit us an application to know if this facility is available for your region. Our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return during pick-up if you are returning the item/s. If we do not have pick-up for your region then you can always use the ‘Self-Ship’ option. In this option you have to ship us the product and we will provide the shipping cost in the form of credits, that will be added to your e-wallet after we receive authentic courier receipt from you. Please note that in either case, the product should meet all requirements of the policy.
In case of exchange the replacement of the item will be provided to you free of cost if the reason for exchange is any size related issue, a mismatched item or a defective piece. A video of you opening the product is mandatory for all exchange processes to go through. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we offer you an exchange option only if there is a video present and the product is present in the exact way that it was sent to you. Any product which has been used or has no proof of video does not qualify for any exchange.
